Erik Bjelland
is a disturbed 5th year UTS architecture student from Norway. He has brought his ridiculous ideas to the technical aspects of the SkinForm project from the start. Specific roles would include lighting integration and design of structural elements. He has interests in moving image, layering of lighting and projections together with human interaction in the urban environment. The SkinForm project is ideal for him to explore further into the interaction between people and built form.

Bert Bongers
is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Design, Architecture and Building, UTS, where he is setting up the new Interactivation Lab for research and design of interactivated environments, interfaces and instruments. He has a background in Electrical and Computer Engineering, an MSc. degree in Ergonomics / Human - Computer Interaction from UCL London, and a PhD in HCI from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Sarah Breen
is the materials bossy woman on the skin form project... good at cracking de whip in de sweat shop + having a laugh with all of the fab people on the team... Ultra excited about the skinform project ... and even more excited about the documentary we are about to start making intensely passionate for the relationship between film and architecture...

Adam Carabott
currently in his first year of the masters of architecture at UTS, and a team member of the fabrication of the Skin Form Project. Trapped in the production of the modulated system his sewing skills enhanced through the time of the project. Working on prototypes for the module form and development of the final product. This project has inspired Adam's interest in interactive architecture and the potential it has to create spaces that have purpose, to further the experience, that architecture creates.

Franz Cruz
Having performed in multiple entertainment events ranging from music to performing arts, his original goal was to be an industrial designer. After receiving advice about lack of opportunity and high competition in that field, he took the Architectural Technology course at TAFE, originally just to learn drafting, but after 2 years, felt more intrigued about that industry, and decided to continue onto university. Has completed his BA in Architecture, and is in his first year of Masters in Architecture at UTS. While enjoying it, sometimes questions if he's in the right direction. Is planning on trying out other fields to broaden his horizon.

Erik Escalante
is a student with a mixed cultural background that is in search of finding new and interesting ways of spaces that are informed and moulded by the people inhabiting them. A person with strong ambitions, and enthusiasm that helped too keep the aim high. He collaborated tightly with the rest of the team to solve critical technical issues without loosing focus on the concept behind the Skinform space. The conceptual team adopted early on an architectural understanding to the true value of computational environments, our focus was the true concept behind interactive spaces, steering the project away from becoming just another interactive art installation. Erik is currently working together with Chris Bosse at the Laboratory for Visionary Architecture (LAVA).

Joanne Jakovich
is an interactive architect and researcher specialising in interactive spaces spanning art, architecture and urbanism. Her work has been exhibited in Japan, Australia, Taiwan and the Netherlands both in architectural and artistic contexts. She obtained a Masters from the University of Tokyo working with architects Hidetoshi Ohno and Fumihiko Maki and is the producer of numerous international projects integrating urban activism and art. She is currently pursuing a PhD in architecture at the University of Sydney, and is a senior lecturer in the School of Architecture at UTS.

Cathy Lau
a loud and vibrant girl, Cathy is involved in the materiality side of this project. One of her main task is the creation of the arches and material prototyping. Her interest in architecture covers a broad spectrum of design including conceptual, materiality and technology.

Perry Ka Hung Lee
Is currently a student of Master of Architecture at UTS. In Skinform, He is focusing on the lighting concept, 3D modelling and technology. He demonstrates a keen interest in architecture, always reading and frequently visiting and photographing buildings in his spare time. Perry has worked hard and has adapted well to the many cultural changes he has experienced since arriving in Australia. He has studied in RMIT University in Melbourne. And he has worked in Aedas and IDA international company, projects including: large scale institutional, infrastructure , high quality commercial and airport projects. He enjoys and is interested in interactive architecture.

Jessica Lucero
is currently in 4th year Architecture at the University of Technology, Sydney. She is involved in the materiality team and will be involved in diagramming the interaction. This project has created a lot of interest in this type of architecture and is something she is really enjoying. She can't wait to see the final product.

Jason McDermott
is a graduate of UTS and Tutor of the Computational Environments studio.

Channa Senanayake
was involved with the concept /input-output team for this project. Graduate of the University of New South Wales and UTS. Interested in designing and developing sustainable and energy efficient buildings and design concepts. Inspired by modern Architects such as Frank Gehry, Zaha Hadid, Steven Holl and Toyo Ito. Interests and activities include traveling, carpentry, playing touch footy, golf, soccer and swimming. Presently employed at the Burwood Council as part of a consultant team developing the Burwood Civic Precinct. Has traveled widely in South East Asia.

Robert Slavicek
sets the benchmark as one of the first students at UTS to undertake ground breaking research into computational environments. Robert's individual conceptual research has attempted to manipulate the urban memory to influence the sense of individual presence in the urban atmosphere through a delayed communication between users. With any chance, the team will be able to translate this idea into different mediums to challenge the mind's perception when entering into a space that is controlled by in direct interaction. Along with the conceptual team, Robert will collectively set benchmarks for the project which will push the boundaries of architecture.

Harry Suryanto
is a member of technical and structure of Skinform's project team. His role was helping to test the modular and structural form of the project for the purpose experimental, exploration and documentation of design. Also, he helped with the design the possibility of the work system in regard with connection to the motor/sensor. Skills contributed include construction tester model maker and thought of solving any technical aspect. He had experienced with construction and installation of bubbles gallery exhibition with Chris Boss of PTW in 2007. Interest with modulation, diagrammatic, structural and interactive architecture which support his strong believe that 'Architecture is not everything but without Architecture everything is nothing'.

Ciara Tapia
is currently in her final year of M.Architecture at UTS. Focusing on the conceptual direction for SkinForm she also was apart of the documentation and design testing stages through out the project. This was great opportunity for her to participate in a student management team and partake in prototyping experimental design. Her new curiosity in interactive architecture and the wider trans-disciplinary fields and virtual spaces with tangible and physical spatial experience has made the project extremely enjoyable and influenced her future outlook on architecture.

JinYi Xu
is currently a 1st Year Master of Architecture student at UTS. She is involved in materiality side of the project. Her main task is to make prototype and documentation diagrams. Her architectural interest is to apply optics and program into interactive architecture. This subject makes her desire come true. She had a very good design experience in this subject and got a lot of funs from team work!
